Grainzee’s Foxtail Millet Noodles

– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1-inch piece ginger, finely chopped

– 1 onion, thinly sliced

– 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced

– 1 carrot, julienned

– 1 cup cabbage, thinly sliced

– 2-3 green chilies, thinly sliced (optional)

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce

– 1 tablespoon chili sauce (adjust to taste)

– 1 tablespoon vinegar

– Salt to taste

– Freshly ground black pepper to taste

– Spring onions, chopped for garnish

1. Cook Grainzee’s Foxtail Millet Noodles: Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

2. Prepare Ingredients: Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and chopped ginger, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

3. Stir-Fry Vegetables: Add sliced onion, bell pepper, carrot, cabbage, and green chilies (if using) to the wok. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender yet crisp.

4. Seasoning: In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, salt, black pepper and Grainzee’s seasoning that came with the pack. Pour this mixture over the vegetables in the wok.

5. Add Noodles: Toss in the cooked Grainzee’s Foxtail Millet Noodles. Using a pair of tongs or a spatula, gently combine the noodles with the vegetables and sauce until everything is evenly coated.

6. Final Touch: Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until the noodles are heated through and well combined with the vegetables and sauce.

7. Serve: Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
